We had an amazing time and loved this condo. It's right on a beautiful beach cove and the sand is right outside the screened in porch door! We saw the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises near the property. Perfect for 2 -4 people or a romantic getaway. If you like being among the locals and away from tourists this is the best location because its a short drive to everything. I recommend taking a walk to Starfish point and booking a tour that leaves from the Kaibo pier or Rum Point. The actual condo was clean and modern with all the basic necessities. Julie stocked the condo with books, games, a pool float and so many extras. If we return to Grand Cayman we will absolutely consider booking again!!!

What a great location! The property is next door to the Kaibo Yacht Club and a short walk to Starfish Point. The unit is on the first floor so as soon as you exit the screened in porch, there's a beach in front of you and a public pool to the right. The property has all the basics for a week long stay. It's got board games, books, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Our host, Julie, was so wonderful. She was always available and quick to respond to questions. There's a guidebook with lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which came very handy during our stay. Can't wait to come back!

We loved out stay with Julie at Cayman KaiVu. The proximity to the ocean and pool was amazing -and the screened in porch was a great place to eat and relax. The unit was well stocked with linens, towels, dishes and everything we needed- even a great medical kit! Julie was an amazing host- she provided lots of info on what to do and how to get around the area-and even got us floaties and noodles to use during our stay! She checked in on a regular basis to see if we needed anything and to see how things weee going- which we appreciated. We had an medical emergency with one of our travellers and Julie was very responsive with details of the medical system , how it worked and the best places to go for emergency help. We did not rent a car so had no transport- Julie sent someone to check in on us and offered to drive us to the nearest hospital. We will be forever grateful for this kindness and compassion- she truly went over an above for us. Can’t wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful stay and would book again in a heartbeat. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The property is stunning and perfect for a do-nothing, relaxing vacation. I could spend all day on that balcony enjoying the view. The pool and hot tub were also clean and well-maintained. The area is super quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We loved our stay at kaibo 4! The condo had everything we needed and more! It had a well stocked kitchen, with the coffee and snacks being a bonus. There were even tumbler cups to keep our drinks cold! The snorkel gear came in good use throughout the trip. Also, we saw sooo many starfish right outside the condo- one afternoon we counted 35! The restaurant and coffee shop that is steps away was open Weds- Sunday and has a great setup, staff, and menu! Julie was very accommodating and we had no issues. We definitely recommend renting a car to explore the island while you are here.

Our condo was absolutely amazing - you are provided everything you could possibly need and more! We were shocked to find snorkel gear and a beach umbrella :)! We could not be happier! We had just the best time during our stay in July! You all really went out of your way to make us feel right at home and transition us to a new unit when the maintenance issues arose. We can't thank you enough for the prompt attention, the beautiful accommodations in Kaibo #4, the warm welcome by Julie upon arrival, and the tips to direct us on the island. It was just the relaxing vacation we needed to unwind! The condo was so comfortable, well stocked for our needs, boasting a beautiful view, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated from the remodel! 

We were honored to be your first guests there in the newly finished unit! We appreciate the use of the bikes as well, which we took on early morning rides on Rum Point, and then to Starfish point several times, where we were able to enjoy it all to ourselves in the morning, and then a one of a kind sunset experience with our wine and cheese! We really can't wait to come back and hope to do it soon. It was really hard to leave! We will recommend your place and service to anyone we know looking for a great getaway! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The space was better than the pictures show. I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. The property manager was responsive for the few issues we encountered (hot tub wasn’t hot , they sent someone out two days later to fix it and the shower water did not get warm - they said unable to change that, but the sink water got hot). The pool was very clean. The location is quiet and great :) Would recommend

This was our first trip to Cayman, and while Seven Mile Beach is really spectacular, it's also really crowded and busy. By contrast this condo out in Rum Point is well appointed (pots and pans that are in good shape, adequate utensils and glassware etc), it's clean, not rundown, quiet and as a bonus, right on the beach in a beautiful location. The crystal clear water and loads of starfish are just steps away. For us the only drawback that could be mentioned is the air conditioning unit is just outside the bedroom door, so very light sleepers will need to get used to it cycling on and off through the night - or you can leave it off, but temps will climb. My wife and I are light sleepers and even knowing this, we wouldn't let it prevent us from booking here again. It deserves 5 stars for sure.

We chose Grand Cayman to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. We had been on the island in 2018 and stayed at a resort, but this time we wanted to find the perfect place, away from the crowds, and that was easy access. Don's Sea Lodge Cottage #13 was perfect in every way. The accomodations are lovely, the decor so inviting. All of the amenities we could need were provided. The cottage was clean and quiet. The screened in porch is perfect for watching the sun rise as well as the moon. The beach is great for relaxing, reading, as well as snorkeling. So close to Starfish Point and several awesome restaurants on the Northside and East Bay. Julie, our on island host, was most helpful and went beyond our expectations making sure things were just right. As we drove away we both looked at each other and said, "I can't wait to come back"! We watched every sunrise and sunset from the private beach and enjoyed the beautiful views at all times of the day. It's more beautiful than I can even describe.

Our property host Julie was the absolute best. She was very good to keep in touch and respond if we had any questions. She was there with a lot of excellent thoughts and recommendations on where to eat and the local areas to visit. I would recommend the cottage to anyone who is looking for an amazing place to stay that offers pretty much anything you need for a getaway of your dreams. Condition 5*Rum Point is truly a nice place. The Sea Lodges is truly a hideaway to simply relax and forget about everything. Rum Point Beach was temp. closed, but you can still access the beach which was beautiful. we loved star fish Point for swimming and the best part is that it's literally 3min away from the sea lodges. Don, Julie and Angela are really easy going and responsive and helpful. The cottage has everything you need, including fast internet which was great for working. Condition 5*Attractively furnished cottage that was comfortable to retreat to after a day in sun. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Never had been to this side of island and looking for a slower pace with less crowds. This we did receive. Enjoyed having our coffee and reading on the screened porch and watching the rain come through. The king size bed was a true comfort to the body after a day of exploring the area. Liked the simple local feeling artwork on the walls.

Cottage had everything we needed for meals and beach time. Winds were causing waves during our visit so didn’t do as much snorkeling as we intended but did manage a few times. Sand felt great on the feet. We did have a plumbing issue during heavy rains but Julie and Miss Angela were quick to address and take care of the issue for us. I traveled here from New York City with 2 friends. We were looking for a quick getaway to escape the NYC noise, traffic and chaos.

This trip was life changing for us because it had EVERYTHING and ANYTHING we needed. Julie, the manager, was communicative, thoughtful and very resourceful. She helped us to obtain a car rental and also gave us helpful tips on navigating the island.

Julie went above and beyond to ensure we were safe, comfortable, and getting the best experience we possible could. The place itself was quiet, comfortable, and clean. There is a patio for outdoor seating, beach chairs, beach access and even little huts for shade should you need it. We watched the sun rise every morning and watched the moon rise every night.

This is such a beautiful home! It's exactly what we were looking for - a quiet, peaceful beach vacation. You can see the sunrise from your pillow and the ocean is merely a few steps away. We loved being able to use the bikes and the fully functional kitchen was useful for making some of our own meals. You have your own private beach, away from the typical tourist hustle and bustle. Julie, the property manager, was extremely helpful with detailed directions and local tips. We're looking forward to coming back to stay again. Highly recommend!
